While the catch line referrred to the start of dredging, I did not know until i clicked on the article the extent of the lead pollution perpetrated by Exide. Many may have been already on top of this subject but for me, as a newcomer to it, I finally got to understand the gravity of the damage done.
And the remedial actions.
